「We had a lovey stay in the 2 bedroom villa. Everything was clean and well considered to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The smart TV was welcomed and the balcony and outdoor seating was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views.」

「Nice balcony with views over the valley. Car parking adjacent to the property with a Tesla charger at the resort reception. You can walk to reception in less that 10 minutes, a small pool is en-route but was too cold in September. Food was nice at the restaurant adjacent to the lake.AC works ok, comfy massive beds, well laid out lounge diner, great shower, basic kitchen equipment. If, like me, you like a large coffee mug bring your own.」

「The property had spiders in the bed and cockroaches in the living room and kitchen. For two out of the three days of our stay, the AC in one bedroom was not working. It was fixed on the third day after several calls, but the housekeeping manager did not apologize and mentioned that, being in the countryside, there aren’t many handymen available. Additionally, we were unable to use the hotel facilities since this is a privately owned villa, so the kids couldn’t access the swimming pool or kids...

「This is an amazing property, close to all wineries and nature. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. We had a beautiful stay there. Kristy the property manager was extremely helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. 」

「Check in online was difficult because it asked for Everyone’s phone number which I didn’t have cause it was for surprise birthdays. Thankful for the early checkin and late check out perfect for our group」

「Overall the stay was great, good facilities, perfect location and great size for 5 people. The place itself is a little tired as is cypress lakes resort and could do with some love - blinds in 2 rooms and living were broken but otherwise excellent stay!」
