The property is older and in need of a renovation. We were on the second floor and the bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. The heater was loud and the overall condition of the place was on the dirty side.

The two ladies who checked us in on Friday night & were on duty most of the time we were there (2 nights) were very pleasant & very helpful! They are an asset to the location. More posted information about breakfast times, exit directions in case of an emergency, checkout times, etc. are needed but I do understand they were in renovation mode. The heater in the room kept it very comfortable all the time. Enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great. One small problem that was taken care of right away. First room had a heater that wasn't working properly so the front desk agent put us in another room right away. This was my second stay there and was great again.

Don't do it!
I travel a lot and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I don't seek out five star hotels I'd rather spend my money on good food, and friends but just because a hotel isn't $200 a night does not make it justifiable to be disgusting hotel, and this hotel is just that! It smells like stale cigarettes from the 70s the carpet sticks to your feet, the shower curtains are yellow, there was no shampoo conditioner or hand soap, and while it doesn't matter much there's also not a blow dryer. I had to leave the window open just the air the stench out of the room.and it was 30 degrees at night . But that was better than the smell! During my trip I've misplaced my glasses so I called to see if I possibly left them in the hotel room. The guy on the phone tried to insist that I have never stayed at that hotel despite trying to give him my itinerary number and my first last name. He proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes saying that he was looking to see if anybody turned in a pair of reading glasses, then gets back on the line and acts like he doesn't know who I am or what I'm talking about and then says "oh well I guess nobody found your glasses if you were on hold! " Again I have stayed at some really rough hotels that one may top the list!

On check in we asked the person for recommendations and he flat out ignored us. We walked into town and got something to eat. Woke up the next morning with bites all over my left arm. They apparently were bed bug bites (I have friends who have had them). Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Easy get some food or drinks from gas station next door, after arriving at 7:30p.m. - coffee station near lobby was completely cold- when we tell lady at the courtesy desk - she responded “ I am sorry, it’s there from yearly morning. And it’s too late to do new batch” . There is no coffee machine in the rooms. We found it’s funny - on keys holder envelope - password for Wi-Fi - WELCOME 😂
