「There was no car parking available, we had to pay for it, there was no hot water in the shower on the first night, no pepper available for breakfast, the reception was in front of our room door and people were noisy from the 7 in the morning which made it hard to sleep, I contact the hotel customer service but they did not respond to my messages 」

「Warning! They don’t give the type of room that you paid for. I booked for two family rooms paid almost $300 for my family and relatives and they ended up giving them three different rooms of two people each room. Over crowded beach front… no privacy!…
One thing that my mom was happy about is they were able to park their car inside the property!
