"The property is beautiful - friendly staff "

"La Bastide is perfectly and beautifully located in the fields about 7 min drive to the wall city gates.. The pool and gardens are so restful and our room was so clean with new bath/shower room. The buffet breakfast for 16 euros pp was well worth the price. The man in reception who also is responsible for breakfast offered to make us scrambled eggs to growth local cheese and charcuterie in the buffet. We will return"

"A beautiful boutique hotel! A 10 minute walk to La Cite, so near to the action, but far away for some peace and quiet too. A lovely pool, great room and really friendly staff. Shame it was just a stop over."

"The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques. The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer."
