Location: single house on two levels located along the famous Costarella, the historic fishermen's staircase that connects the historic center of the town to the beginning of the seafront. Just 150 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Spiaggiola.

Included in the price is a beach umbrella and two reserved sunbeds at the La Stella Marina establishment, easily reachable on foot, starting from June 1st.

Description: recently renovated. entrance floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with washing machine and dining table - small outdoor area equipped with table and chairs.
