"The staff were amazing, front desk very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are pretty basic, but have everything you need. One of my bath towels was dirty at arrival but was switched out quickly by the staff. The food buffet is good, lot of variety however the seating in the dining area is partially inside and out. If the weather is poor and outdoor seating isn't open then finding somewhere to sit can be frustrating."

"We have just returned from a wonderful week here, a really amazing hotel, food and service is outstanding as are the facilities, it’s a really well run hotel with lots of experienced staff making a great team. "Amazing property, felt very high end but still authentic. The staff is very nice and ready to help. The room was comfy and always beach/pool sunbeds available. The breakfast is amazing 10/10 we looked forward to it every day. The onsite reasturants and drinks were over priced for what you got (but the dinner buffet also 10/10 at 45 euros per person). If you are travelling with a baby they have lots of high chairs at all eating places. The only thing I would say is the pool is deep (for kid swimming) and also if you are not travelling with kids this place is packed with young families (great for us, but if I was on a romantic getaway I would choose adult only resort), the town of Malia is walkable about 25 mins - only 5 min drive. But the town is geared to young clubbers and strip joints… BUT the “old town” is cute and small and has good restaurants, so I would just go into old town to dine out. The beach is nice but more rustic/with large rocks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend."
