Le personnel est sympathique et la restauration copieuse en revanche j ai passé 3 nuitées et aucun service nettoyage Durand les 3 jours …la chambre est restée telle quelle en rêvant le soir… a la réception on mm informe sur si la femme de ménage passe elle ne fait pas les lits !! Je n y retournerai pas car vraiment déçu du service en chambre

I was told the check-in time would be 14:00 and it turned out to be 15:00, and the room was lacking tissues in the dispenser and was quite hot. But the location is stellar, so overall I really appreciated my stay.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable, and I will more than likely go back. However, after arriving at 1am due to a delayed flight we fell into a very comfortable bed only to be rudely woken at 5.30am by the sound of banging doors which shook the building. The doors continued to slammed 2 hrs or so. Looking down into the hotel carprk a dozen or so licra clad cyclist were unloading bikes from 2 vans. The door banging then began to make sense as EVERYONE knows how selfish, arrogant, and I'll mannered cyclists are. I believe if a night porter or similar had been situe the arrogance of the cyclists could have been addressed.

Disappointed 😞

Great location with stunning views but the hotel was very tired. Even though there was drinks facilities they were very limited. It consited of a kettle that you had to plug in at floor level, 1 tea bag, a selection of coffee 3 sachets and no milk. The mini bar was a fridge that wasn't plugged in. The jacuzzi bath was huge but took forever to fill and came with no instructions. The toilet was useless at flushing. The buttons were missing to flush. 1 pillow each and just 1 thin sheet for bedding. We had booked the honeymoon suite too has it was my husbands 50th.

No one there to check me in. There is zero signage for late check in. If it wasn’t for the sweetest French couple trying to check in at the same time, I would have never been able to figure out what to do. Definitely will have to improve on my language skills.That said it may be partly my fault but I feel like the hotel could use some help in the information department.

Malgré ma note j ai bien aimé, mes reproches sont objectifs mais ne m ont pas pas derazgé personnellement. C' est humide, ca se voit sur les murs par exemple ; un peu froid aussi, ceci dit il faisait -2 dehors et une fois dans mon lit j etais bien. L eau chaude tres bien. C' est un peu oldschool, la SDB est cheap, les portes tapent contre le lit, le lecteur de carte marche 1 fois sur 2 et la tv est bizarrement positionnée et la telecommande fatiguée (quand meme toutes les chaines marchent sans probleme) ; plein de petit trucs comme ca. Donc si vous voulez impressionner Madame n y allez pas. Ceci dit si c est solo et en etape sportive ou boulot, ce sera très bien d autant qu il y a des points positifs. Super bien positionné, vue sur la Durance ou la Citadelle. Parking inclus. Pas tres cher. Restaurant plutot bon et rapide. Petit dej correct, le chocolat chaud bon et les croissants très très bons. Personel sympathique de jour comme de nuit. Bâtisse charmante, voyage dans le temps. Voila, si je repasse j' y retournerais..

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Chambre standard très bien à petit prix, rénovée, propre, grand lit très confortable, salledebain avec wc et douche et surprise une petite cuisine toute équipée derrière un rideau coulissant. Belle salle pour le petit-déjeuner qui est bon et complet pour 11€, excellente tarte des Alpes et belle vue sur le rocher et la Durance
