Payment methods:
Credit card (via Vrbo): +3% fee on the total amount.
Direct bank transfer: no extra fee.
Both options include Vrbo assistance.
Cleaning costs (includes bed linen, bath and pool towels):
Up to 7 nights: Final cleaning €350
2 weeks: + Mid-stay cleaning €100 (2 people, 2 hours) + Final cleaning €350
3 weeks: 2 mid-stay cleanings (€100 each) + Final cleaning €350
Tourist tax: €1/adult/day (max. 7 days)
Low season (October to April):
Heating: €300, adjusted based on actual usage
Monthly stays:
Utilities (water, electricity, gas): €800, based on actual usage
Pets: €100/week

From 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. → +€45
After 12:00 a.m. → +€70
Main Villa Group Supplement:
Groups over 10 guests (up to 14 guests): +€20/person/night
Annex House Supplement (optional, up to 4 guests):

Important: The main villa accommodates up to 14 guests. It’s possible to host up to 18 guests by adding 2 extra beds in the main living room; however, this may affect comfort.
For larger groups, we recommend renting the annex house as well. If you do so, no extra person supplement applies in the main villa.
New Year Supplement:
For stays including Christmas and/or New Year’s Eve: €1,000 fee applies
Short stays (2–4 nights):
Short bookings that include Friday and Saturday nights are not allowed (except in low season)
XXL Jacuzzi (8 people at 36 °C):
From April 15 to October 15 (not available in June, July, August, and September): €450/week
From October 15 to April 15: €300/week
