Moonlight Sea View is a beautiful 170 m² house, recently and tastefully renovated, ready to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children . The house is a colorful paradise! The blue of the sea, the blue of the sky, and the colors of the rainbow are reflected throughout the house.

It's a peaceful place where vacations smell of rest and relaxation. The sea breeze will make you want to leave!

Upon entering through the front door, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room perfect for families. At the far end of the living room is a large and beautiful terrace with a unique view. This is where our guests often spend most of their time. It's a special place to dine while enjoying the views and the fresh air of Sitges.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, another double with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers, and a room with a double bed and an annex with an additional double bed (this room is accessed from the previous room). These two rooms share a bathroom.

The house boasts several comfortable spaces that will ensure you have a fantastic holiday. You'll have the privilege of a dining room with incredible views, as well as a chill-out area to relax and enjoy time with friends under the moonlight. All this exclusively for you. There's also a barbecue, perfect for preparing a delicious dinner in the evening overlooking the harbor.

Ideally located just steps from Balmins and San Sebastián beaches, the Aiguadolç marina with its leisure and dining options, and only a 10-minute walk from the town center, this property is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway. It also features a communal swimming pool.

Attention

- This house is located in a family community where rules regarding coexistence and noise must be respected.
- Parties and celebrations are not allowed inside the establishment or on its terraces.
- This apartment ONLY accepts bookings from families.   with children (all ages).
- Groups of young people are not allowed.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there will be a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am.
- Remember to turn off the air conditioning before leaving.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
