30 m² organized in one big room or two smaller ones.
- The one-room studios (30m²) for 2-3 people :
- a double bed
- a couch bed (couch which can easily become a comfortable bed and vice-versa)
- fully equipped kitchen with all of the relevant necessities
- bathroom
- veranda
We can put an extra bed when it's required.
- The two-rooms apartments (30m² in total) organized in two separate rooms for 2-4 people :
- a bedroom
~ with a double bed
~ and a couch-bed
- a room/kitchen in which there is
~ fully equipped kitchen with all of the relevant necessities
~ and a couch-bed.

All of our studios/apartments have tv, free wi-fi internet access, a/c, mosquito nets etc.
They all have front-view to the sea, while the back-view is to the forest-mountain.
The distance from the sandy beach is almost 50m.
It is a peaceful beach, with tranquil warm waters, due to the little island "Diaporos"
which "protects" the gulf from bad weather.
There are some super markets in the closest area, the nearest is about 100m far,
taverns, restaurants, cafe-bars etc. as well.
In our courtyard (2000 square meters), there are pine trees ("Pefka" means
pines), parking space, BBQ etc.

sehr ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt
unser Studio war wie beschrieben, mit Balkon und Meerblick.
Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und angenehmer Mensch.
Vourvourou liegt zentral auf Sithonia, man kann schöne Ausflüge machen und die Strände in der Umgebung sind schön.Ein klein wenig haben uns des nachts die Mücken
und die lauten Frösche geplagt.... das war aber tags schnell vergessen...
jederzeit wieder!!!

Typical greek. Very good vacation and stunning landscapes. This is Vourvourou
Owner Antonios is friendly and polite guy and his mother too. Pefka Studio is near to the beach. It is calm and quiet place. Well equiped with everything you need for your stay - kitchen with cutlery, oven, refrigerator and etc. There are two separated rooms in every studio - bedroom and kitchen. TV and Wi Fi. A small nice balcony.
There are beautiful beaches nearby - Karidi beach is 2km from there, 9 -12 km south are Bahia, Rodia and Minassu beaches. You could go diving , swimming and you could rent a boat for whole day and visit near Diaporos Iceland with its wonderful beaches. Lisence is not necessary for 15 to 35 hp. Only driving lisence.
If you are looking for luxury it's not exactly your place but if you want some rest and get away from every day life it's all you need. I would recommend this place to my friends...
