"Jag bodde där i 4 dygn, jag behöver inte att man städar varje dag men att byta soppåsar, handdukar, fylla på glas och koppar samt kaffe tycker jag att man kunde ha gjort? Jag ställde ut både smutsig disk, handdukar och sopor utanför min dörr då tycker jag ändå att den signalen kanske säger något till städpersonalen? Samt att det hade varit trevligt att fått städat en dag av dessa 4 dygn. I övrigt väldigt mysig och väldigt trevlig personal i matsal och reception."

"Good hotel, helpful staff, great location just a walk away from town center with grocery and food. Only thing was there’s no floor towel for outside the bath - seriously consider adding that pls, if not for hygiene, then for safety - wouldn’t want anyone walking around with wet feet right after a shower."

"The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!"

"Everything about the hotel is wonderful from the Restaurant to the staff to our waiter and to the spa room with a hot tub and the pool , the sauna and the steam room. It was all extremely delightful. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was super comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and we slept so well here. iit was quiet and anything we needed to know , the receptionist helped us , she helped us to make reservations on the train, going to Stockholm and to tour the town, so it was really a very, very nice day. We're very appreciated and will come back soon definitely!"
