“This property is perfect for multiple families, groups of friends, or extended families. There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).”

“Rented this lakefront property from July 1 - July 5. Good: owner rented for less than a week at a reasonable price / Lake view / dock / kayaks & canoe / relatively flat lot / plenty of parking / propane in bottle for grill. Bad: front porch handrails rotted and loose / mouse droppings on counter, in cabinets, and on top of two beds / not very clean inside / outside grill / side deck not usable (rotted and mildewed) / wood walkway to lake had screws sticking out (pointed end) / ladder on dock……

Welcoming, great communication, super clean, lots of fun activities provided. We have a boat and were able to dock it close by. We have already booked to return. “Perfect location! Lovely condo, helpful owner, and views for days. We enjoyed the nightly music from The Pointe and had a blast on the water. Condo is equipment for making meals or near restaurants if "off the clock."”

“House has potential but found entire property to be dated, tired, and worn down. The dock was dangerous, numerous nails sticking out of deck board. Bummer upper deck of dock had to be closed off. There were 14 people in our group and there was only one refrigerator. We place half our food and drinks in large yeti coolers the entire time. “Queen” size beds were smaller than modern day queen beds. The hand on the over was duct taped and kept breaking. The property lacked outside seating. Overall……

“Had an amazing stay at Marc’s lake house on Lake Gaston. The home is even more beautiful in person and was extremely clean. We loved the amount of linens that were provided (including beach towels) and how stocked the kitchen was. Anything you could think of, Marc has you covered! The outdoor spaces were our favorite parts as there was enough seating for all of our guests, plus there were so many things to keep us busy! We also loved the downstairs bar/hangout area that led right out to the hot……

“4 old fishing buddies stayed 4 days and had a great time. This lake house and the boat are terrific. Valerie is the perfect host and she didn't mind coming and helping out when I couldn't figure out the digital lock. The house was clean and well appointed and Valerie pays attention to detail. The boat house and dock were perfect for evening conversations. We are booking for. Ext year...... don't take our week. Lol”

“This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.”

“This waterfront home on Lake Gaston has plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with good cookware, plates and utensils. The property is well-kept and the neighborhood is quiet. Bob, the property manager, is very responsive and we enjoyed working with him. There are a few minor places for improvement. It seemed like the home had been cleaned after the last stay but that may have been awhile before we checked in - there was a film of dust on many surfaces and small dead worms……

“This is an awesome house for a large family. We visited with 5 toddlers and tween. The tween had fun kayaking, fishing, playing table tennis and pool. The adults lived the fact that the toddlers (who wake up at 6am) could not be heard anywhere in the house in they were in the basement. Everyone was happy. Loved the sun room! The view was amazing and was close enough to a grocery store. Amazing property!!!!”
