“This place was fantastic! Super cute little cabin in a quiet neighborhood. The private beach was FANTASTIC, and the lake is so beautiful! Also a short drive to Hoodsport and the Staircase Loop hike in Olympic. We will definitely be back. The propane fire pit was great to be able to use, considering the burn ban. My only tips would be to bring dish towels as there were none, and your own non-stick cookware, as the ones available were pretty thrashed. Minor details of a wonderful vacation!”

“The pictures were better than it was. The driveway could barely be seen from the street because of grown weeds 3' tall, and missing #'s.The yard had tall weeds everywhere too with bits of trash. The floors were uneven, the furniture not comfortable. You weren't supposed to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to septic system. The king size bed had board slats you could feel. The couch had a very short back and was not comfortable. Everything was new looking and nicely done but cleaning……

“The property was exactly as advertised and my sibling and I had a nice relaxing long weekend. Perfect location to feel out in the woods but also a quick drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs home movie theater was a lot of fun to use!”

“This is a true waterfront property with beach access. The main house has everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable furniture inside and out. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and a big open kitchen, dining and living space plus full bathroom downstairs. Dining and grill outside as well. The small cabin has a full bathroom and bedroom. Close to town.”

“This cabin is the perfect getaway for those that enjoy the outdoors, especially at Hood Canal. The cabin is great for fishing, oyster harvesting, and just sitting back to take in the breath taking scenery. It also served as a great base camp for exploring the surrounding area. Hoodsport is 5 mins away and Lake Cushman is only 10-15 mins away. As for the cabin itself, it was so clean and well equipped with everything you need. My wife, cats, and I stayed in February and we were all comfy and……

“Loved the property and neighborhood. Tons of character in the cabin and lots of room. We went to do some hiking at ONP and the proximity was great. It’s a gorgeous area and in January very quiet and peaceful. The house has a cozy room with a fireplace for family games and a big room upstairs for movies and games. We loved the retro vibe! We’d love to come back with other family members for a group stay!”

“Checking in was very easy! House is right on the beach, stairs directly in front of the cabin so it makes it easy to walk right down to the beach and grab oyster or let you little ones find treasure’s! We used the fire pit which was great and we roasted s’mores as well! My son found a wine bottle that had floated to shore with a message in it, he couldn’t have been more excited! “My family and I had a nice stay at the cottage. I would highly recommend the hot tub to be hot and ready for use when guests arrive. We were able to check in early which I really appreciate that but when we arrived the hot tub was off and not clean. The cover to the hot tub needs to be replaced. A huge amenity I look for when picking out a vacation home is a hot tub. I was very disappointed to arrive and not be able to use the hot tub our first night. “This has been one of the best places we have stayed. It was clean, warm and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and our vacation plans. We loved the seclusion and privacy it offered and the lake was amazing and tranquil. Just perfect.”

And it was closw to the road, not very private and not a clear set up for access to and from the house. Wish there was a tv in the bedrooms to enjoy a movie. But we had a lovely time.”
