「Nice hotel in a quiet area , friendly staff , room was nice and clean」

「The hotel had a problem with it’s banking arrangement. Upon arrival, the hotel declined my Chase Visa card. Chase confirmed my card was good and it was accepted for payment at restaurants throughout my three-day stay in Macedonia. 「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.」
