"No complaints but should have a cover over the emergency shut off switch for the hot tub. Prevents little kids from hitting it to turn the jets to the hot tub back on."

"Did not use gym. Location superb with parking close to U of M athletic facilities. Clean. Breakfast subpar."

"It was perfect for large group. The location was close (10-20 minutes) to everyplace we needed to go. Check in/check out instructions were clear & any questions we had were answered immediately. The home is as described. Plus there's a Pacman machine!"

"The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold."

"There were no dryer sheets for the dryer. The shower downstairs showerhead was broken. The dishwasher didn't work the icemaker didn't work. We appreciated the five bedrooms as we had our children and grandchildren here and there was a nice amount of space."

"No hotel was dirty and poorly lit. It felt unsafe. The hot tub that i was told was working was taped off. You could smell smoke in the hallways. I could hear someone playing music with loud base and the room its self was dirty none of the lights were plugged in and furniture waa moved away from the wall where there was trash."
