「In our room, the bed had a noise problem. Given the shortness of my two-night stay, I chose not to generate a formal complaint. However, the next room housed a canine that began barking at 4 p.m. Upon returning at 8 p.m. from our departure on Saturday at 5 p.m., the barking persisted. I informed the management staff about this situation. Despite these technical drawbacks, I believe that the accommodation offers adequate value for money.」

「Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...
