“Pros: - great location for easy access to surrounding Des Moines area. - Spacious apartment. Cons: If you like quiet, this place is NOT for you! you can hear traffic all night long and you can even feel the traffic go by as well, the floor and wall would even vibrate and rattle sometimes depending on the type of vehicle that goes by! I ended up wearing ear plugs to decrease the noise so I could sleep a little bit… The apartment flooring was not clean…there was debris under the living sofa. ……

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……
