“The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. I asked the front desk for help with the sofa bed, no help of any kind. Expedia ignored me twice for help. Let my messages run to "restart conversation".
