“Nice place for the price ”

“We were greeted by a very friendly young man - since we were early, our room was not ready, but in no time, we were given the key to the room. The hotel maid welcomed us and told us to call her if we needed anything (very unusual). Our room was spotless, comfortable bed, and everything we needed for a night's stay. Very convenient that a restaurant was on the property (MacBe's), and we enjoyed a delicious meal there served by a very sweet young lady. If we are back in Bay St. Louis, we will……

“Property in a dodgy area, but room was very clean & staff helpful, unlike the property in New Iberia, which was very dirty and the day desk man was rude, angry at me when I reported how dirty the room/furniture was.”

“The bed and room was lovely and clean, the water was hot, the WiFi was stable. Ground floor room was convenient parking out the front of our room was a bonus. The only let-down for this stay was the breakfast, cereal and honey buns with coffee and juice, but it was ok. Good value stay”

“All I needed was a shower and a bed. I stayed for one night in my work truck. The compound is gated and cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The room was clean. Not many people there. Quiet and no one bothered me. Helped me when I was in a bind.”

“This house is a vacation heaven. We enjoyed it very much. Morning coffee by the water was so relaxing. We fished, swam in the pool, played games, explored Slidel, went to lake Pontchartrain and swamps. There is so much to do in the area and the house was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, Rick for sharing your house with us. Loved every minute of it!”
