讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
Long wait for breakfast to be replenished and when it eventually was the food was still cold! No bread, beans or eggs were available. They were replaced one at a time, by which point the sausages, bacon and hash browns had all gone!
Rooms look very nice but wooden floors make the rooms very noisy. The noises overhead and adjoining us were loud enough to wake me. All in all for the price point of this hotel it needs to do better.
The offer of the managers phone number to contact him for a reduced rate next time (Which there will not be) is not acceptable.
