Excellent hotel! Very well built and maintained. Kaan the manager was delightful and very accommodating. The gym is absolutely amazing. The best gym in Prishtina for sure. Second time staying and will be sure to come to this hotel again.

Personally I don’t see what people are complaining about in other reviews. For the price this place is amazing and a perfect location in Pristina. The staff was very friendly too. Excellent location close to shops and major landmarks in Pristina. Very accessible and walkable. The front desk reception is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. The room also had a stove, cookingware, water heater. Overall I would highly recommend. I will stay here again ...
