"We loved our stay at the Bear’s Den! We have four kids ages 5-11 and they loved exploring the property and enjoying the fun things to do there. "What am amazing, historic home in an amazing location! The house is old but fully equipped, located right beside a stream at a historic site, a ghost town high in the BC hills. Don’t expect modern niceties like cell service or multiple bathrooms, but do expect character and charm!"

"This little house was a great place to get away to. The hosts were there when we arrived and introduced themselves and guided us where to park for our stay. I liked that it was close to Slocan and yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Lots of birds, butterflies and all was in bloom. The House was a very clean and welcoming. Had all the amneties that we needed for the weekend. Would recomend this to anyone looking for a very clean and quiet place."
