"Great location and beautiful garden with views across the hills. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with all the things you may need for your holiday. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful and cared about us and the property with pride. Local supermarkets, petrol station and IKEA were only a mile down the road plus a five minute walk from the property was a pub serving food and an excellent fish n chips shop! Buses into town from outside the chippy were every 10 minutes or sooner!"

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Nice quaint quirky cottage spacious with low ceilings. Kitchen cutlery and utensils require replenishing eg only three sets of knives and forks. "

For the week before I had to call multiple times and sent multiple unanswered text messages to the host to ask about how to check in and if a travel cot and high chair could be provided. It was only when I called Vrbo that anything ever happened to which I was told there was no check in information available until a few hours before check in. A strange policy choiceOn check in day it wasn't until I spoke to someone at Vrbo multiple times and called them...
