“This was our second stay at this cottage. We have friends we visit in Sacramento. It is so peaceful! The lovely grounds and welcoming porch make it a perfect place to relax. The kitchen has everything, the sheets are great, wonderful views of the garden plus wild turkeys! Just lovely.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. Only issue is this is a basement apartment and could hear people walking around. Woke us up from time to time. Other than that, this was worth the price.”

“This house is just perfect, in all ways. The location is amazing everything is 10-15 minutes or less. My 3 kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys (didn’t know they had toys this was a plus) in the house and the backyard. The house itself is so cute with the older appliances yet updated modern feel I loved it. The two cons I would say they had was just the one tv and bathroom in the house. Other than that I would recommend and will be booking here again. Allá was always quick to respond to anything……

“Our group stayed an entire week in this property and loved the cute neighborhood, safe location with lots of easy parking, and convenience of nearby shopping and services. We made a few recommendations for improvements, particularly in the very sparsely stocked kitchen. The hosts were super receptive and communicative, and have hopefully implemented some of our suggestions. There’s nothing major, but if you want things like serving dishes, decent pans, a full length mirror, or any cleaning……

“The location is great as it is off a Main Street and yet quiet as well. The room is extremely clean and well equipped for all the needs of sleeping well, stove top, big fridge, easy access. The water feature in the room adds a beautiful tranquil feel as well! Communication with the owner is super easy. He responds well and quickly. We will definitely be using this property again. ”

“The little cottage was a perfect spot for our needs. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a very lovely park across the street. The garden around the house was beautiful, we enjoyed having space for our small dog. The only thing is that there is a deep step up to the bathroom someone with bad knees may have trouble stepping up. Also the toilet is in need of repair. The hostess was kind and left a nice bottle of wine and a dark chocolate bar for us to enjoy! Thanks for sharing your……
