Very positive

My experience at Hotel le Provencal was very positive. I was on business travel in the region and it is one of the hotels with very good value for money. The welcome was warm and professional. The staff was always available and ready to meet my needs which greatly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. The room was well-equipped and the bed comfortable. The breakfast offered (included in the price of the night) was simple but yet with enough selection of pastries and fresh fruits, perfect for the price. I will definitely return on my next visit to the area. Thank you!

Leider wurden die Betten nicht gemacht ,der Boden nicht gereinigt,am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum duschen,und am letzten Tag wurde morgends um 8.40 an der Tür geklopft und uns mitgeteilt dass wir nur bis 9.00 wasser haben. War nicht das beste und nicht das schlechteste Hotel war wir jemals hatten

Las sábanas de la cama tenían pelos y no uno, muchos. El techo tenía unas humedades exageradas y además intentaron cobrarnos de más. El personal no hablaba inglés y tuvimos que usar el traductor para comunicarnos con ellos.

Geen super de Luxe; wel knus en gemoedelijk

Kleinschalig, knus hotel; niet super de luxe, maar wat er hoort te zijn, is er dan ook. Fijne kamer, helemaal compleet, prima bed, prima douche/toiletruimte. Wat ons opviel was de aparte decoratie; leuke verzameling klokken, aquarium en een mooie muurschildering van de Kaai in Sluis. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en alles heerlijk vers. De eigenaar is heel sympathiek; altijd goedlachs, humoristisch en behulpzaam. Omdat ons bezoek in december viel, was de grote tuin in wintertooi. 's Zomers moet dit een paradijsje zijn. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Sluis in een zeer rustige buurt. Wat betreft prijs/kwaliteit; helemaal correct. OK, voor het parkeren en meenemen van honden moet extra betaald worden,maar dat vinden wij normaal. Kortom; zoekt U een. rustig en knus hotel in Sluis dan kunnen we alleen maar zeggen: Kies voor La Provencale.

Teleurstellend verblijf.

Er worden veel extra toelagen aangerekend (en ook verkeerdelijk) terwijl de basisprijs al duur is voor het geen je mag verwachten. De matrassen waren vreselijk (véél te zacht) en zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe.

goed vriendelijke eigenaar, kleinschalige maar goed ontbijt, indien nodig elke dag schone handdoeken, mooi buiten terras, vlakbij mooi winkelcentrum (10 min lopen). niet zo goed, info over kamer klopte niet (1 persoons), er staat 16 vierkante meter maar ik denk dat 8 vierkante meter nog net te veel is. er is GEEN bureau op de kamer wat wel staat aangegeven in beschrijving. jammer dat je er niet kunt avond eten.

Belle situation.

Beau séjour mais étonné qu'il y ait des frais de gestion et des frais d'administration (environ 6,5 euros) en plus des taxes communales. Belle grande chambre et calme. Très bon petit déjeuner.
