"Great location No slippers, tissue (for nose) or mini fridge in room Good breakfast buffet Insufficiently stocked bar (unable to make a Manhattan cocktail as the bar was out of vermouth) Below average (relative to the price) dinner with main meat dishes either not cooked to desired temperature or served lukewarm; experienced over 2 different dinners Check your bill at departure as there were several errors"

2/10 Terrible

"(May 25), around 9:30 PM, our guests started taking showers. However, after only a short period, the hot water completely stopped and turned freezing cold in all 5 rooms. This caused an incredibly distressing and unacceptable situation—some of our guests already had shower gel all over their bodies and were forced to rinse off with freezing cold water. We contacted with customer agent about our complaint . We strongly request partial refund."
