This wooded-area is a wonderful location close to amazing attractions that will have outdoor enthusiasts excited! Some of those must-visit attractions include Sugar Bowl Resort, Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort, Summit Station Trailhead, Soda Springs Mountain Resort, Lake Van Norden, Donner Memorial State Park, and Northstar California Resort. Historic downtown Truckee is within 15 miles away. Summertime visitors will enjoy being close to beach access in the Serene Lakes Community where the home resides. The lake is perfect for swimming and paddleboating. Hikers will have a blast hiking to the top of Andesite Peak or Summit Castle Peak. Long Lake is nearby and is ideal for swimming as well.
As you enter this spacious home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed open floor plan with high ceilings and wooden accents throughout. A gorgeous rock wood-burning fireplace adorns the living room and offers endless warmth for wintertime visitors. The second floor enjoys a sunny living area with a huge TV with a DVD player and three bedrooms. The younger ones will be excited to note that there is a small door that leads to a secret room with a double futon bed and toys, making it the perfect place to play. The third and upper level boasts a secluded primary suite with impressive forest views and an en suite bathroom. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
