Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Nadine", 4 storeys. 8 apartments in the property. In the district of Innerwald 2.5 km from the centre of Sölden, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 350 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 450 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.4 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl 1.5 km, Giiggijoch 2.8 km, Hochgurgl 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 32 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Note: Only one parking space is available per apartment. Please bring your own towels and cleaning supplies!

sehr kein und abgewohnt

Alles war sehr reduziert, Küche war nur sehr wenig Geschirr und Zubehör , kein Toaster kein Wasserkocher. Es war kein Radio vorhanden und auch keine Uhr . Zimmer sehr beengt, kein Tisch und wenig Stauraum, alles sehr abgewohnt. Auf dem Balkon war so klein,das mann sich nicht zu Zweit bewegen konnte. W-Lan gegen Aufpreis.
