Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und völlig ausreichend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. We would happily recommend this property and hope to return again!

Great 2 nights at this small hotel. Extremely friendly staff and really great service. The spa is small, but not too busy. The room we had had a nice size with a balcony. Placed in the center of the city the location was just perfect for taking the cable car to the mountain

Sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen sauberen Zimmern. Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen und auch weiterhin auch sehr herzlich versorgt. Trotzdem es mitten im Zentrum liegt, ist es angenehm leise im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Auf Sonderwünsche wird auch beim Essen sofort eingegangen. Toller Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach mit grandiosem Blick. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann das man den Wellnessbereich nur bis 20 Uhr nutzen kann. Sauna bis 20Uhr.

Standartzimmer für 2 Personen für den Preis zu klein, Größe wie ein Einzelzimmer. 2 Zimmer in einer Buchung und jedes Zimmer auf einer anderen Etage. Frühstück jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst, es wird Tirol presentiert und es gab nicht einmal Tiroler Schinken. Nur auf Nachfrage gab es helle Brötchen, sonst nur Dunkle und mit Körnern.

When on arrive the recepcionist didnt let us park as a regular car ( we were on motorcycle) mentioning that "other"guestes were on those spots (empty in the moment). We moved the motorcycles, and in the morning the places were empty, or nobody used , while she asked us to move.

Wir waren mit Hund dort und haben uns wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann die Bergbahnen sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kleinen Wellnessbereich, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend; abends gut bis sehr gut!

Hotel in sehr guter Lage, freundlichea und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber und mit schöner Ausstattung. Von hier aus kann man alle Aktivitäten starten, Bushaltestelle an der Straße mit der man zu allen Attraktionen kommt. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung.

Good location, mixed experience

The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s well located in the city center, within walking distance of major cable car stations, with modern and cozy interior design and nice breakfast. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. Even before arrival, communication was stressful, I was asked to prepay parking and city tax via a link that didn’t work, which took nearly an hour to sort out. On arrival, we were told the main parking was full and sent to a second lot with the wrong address. When we eventually found it, the key card provided was expired. Calls to the hotel went unanswered, and by the time we returned, reception was closed (before the deadline), leaving us to park on the street. The room was clean and nicely decorated but very small for two people. The bathroom door hit the bed and could not be opened fully. The next morning at 07:44, housekeeping opened our door unannounced, a serious breach of privacy that woke us in shock. Staff apologised, waived one night of parking, and offered a free drink each at the hotel bar, which felt inadequate considering the level of inconvenience. Only after expressing our disappointment further were we given a room upgrade. A 4-star hotel should provide better communication (external and internal), guest support, and respect for privacy. With improvements in management and customer care, the hotel could truly live up to its potential, but our stay left us mostly frustrated than relaxed.

Et veldig fint hotell

Et veldig fint hotell som ligger sentralt. God frokost inkludert i prisen. Parkering i kjeller for 8 euro. Litt lite liv i sentrum, og en del restauranter som var stengt siden det var sommer. Summercard for området ga gratis billetter til gondolene i området. God service både i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Kan absolutt anbefales!
