Good, but should be great.

Very tiny rooms, but they're clean and modern compared to other offerings on the coast. If you can get past that, you'll have a good stay. However, staff could pay a lot more attention to cleaning. I had to clean up a few places in the bathroom before my wife saw them, and that's inexcusable.

The room was very clean, bed was so comfortable, seems like a brand new place overall too. Location was very nice and central. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was great just across the street you have the beach. The room was clean and very convenient with a washer machine. The staff was great and so helpful. They ordered a taxi for us anytime that we need it.

Great alternative hotel in sokcho

Great view, a lot of stores on the first floor so you dont have to drive/walk to get quick groceries. The receptionists were super helpful. The facility itself looks brand new, wish that the cleaning lady would replenish necessities on time.

We stayed in Sokcho as it was near to Seoraksan National Park. The park was worth it, Sokcho much less as was very crowded and expensive vs what it has to offer. Risen hotel had a washing machine in the room which was great for our trip. Don’t expect luxury, good for 1 night stay if needed.

Property was near beach front and there were shops for food and other needed items near😊. You arw not able to control the heat or A/C so that was a big minus☹️

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut, ich würde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen! Zum Personal kann ich leider nichts sagen, da alles mit einem Computer zu klären war (Check in & Check out). Ein paar Kleinigkeiten muss ich aber trotzdem anmerken: - Man bekommt nur kleine (und damit meine ich kleine) Handtücher. Möchte man große haben, muss man diese bezahlen. - der Balkon bräuchte auch mal wieder eine Reinigung. Ich hatte ziemlich viele spinnenweben (auch mit lebenden Bewohnern) dort. - eine sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon wäre schön. - die Bettlaken hatten Löcher - der Kühlschrank war Zwischenzeitlich so laut, dass ich davon wach wurde.

일년에 속초를 4~5번 정도 가는데 처음으로 애완견을 데리고 가자고 해서 리센 오션파크호텔을 찿아서 가겠되었습니다 애완견 동반시 홈페이지에 무료로 되어 있는데 애견 가린막 비용으로 일22000원씩 2일치 받았습니다 그러고 3명이 1일에 22만원에 2일 동안 너무 비좁고 활동할 수가 없습니다 주차도 외부에 주차해야되고 여러모로 불편했습니다

속초아이 바로 맞은편쯤이라 해수욕장에서 놀고 오가기에 너무나 편하고 근처에 식사할 곳도 많음. 방은 좁았지만 무려 세탁기까지 있어서 수영복 빨래하기 편하고 전자레인지도 구비되어있어서 가성비 최고의 호텔. 성수기에도 그다지 비싸지않은방. 인덕션도 있으나 조리도구는 따로 없음. 침대 매트리스도 편안함. 청소가 아주 깔끔하게 되어있지는 않지만 건물자체가 신축이라 집기류가 깔끔함
