The villa is characterized by the presence of a large pool, large veranda, large open spaces, private parking and is surrounded by greenery. Inside the villa offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two sitting rooms, dining room and equipped kitchen. The villa is characterized by extensive outdoor areas. The pool area flanked on one side by plants and by other by a garden with lawn and plants. Proceeding around the villa, a service available to guests with outdoor shower, changing room, and a second room with washing machine use. Following you meet a further covered porch, with a cooking area of masonry, stone barbecue.

Lovely villa and pool area, but no AC.

Perfect location when you have a car to explore Ortigia, Fontane Bianchi and other areas. No air condition, just ceiling fans, but that was okay for us in June. Not sure if it is okay in July/August. Loved the pool and pool area. Very good communication with the host, Andrea. We’ll definitely go back if we get the opportunity.
