Absolute Waterfront 2-Bedroom Apartment with Stunning Views.
Located on the second floor, this waterfront apartment captures refreshing sea breezes and offers uninterrupted, elevated views across the water to the iconic twin headlands of Tomaree and Yacaaba.
Inside, the open-plan living area is tastefully furnished in a modern style and includes a smart TV with access to streaming services, along with ceiling fans for added comfort. Step straight out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind with a book on the sun lounge, enjoy outdoor meals at the bar-height table, or fire up the gas BBQ — all while soaking in the spectacular scenery.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an under-bench oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay.
The bathroom is clean and contemporary with floor-to-ceiling tiles, a bath, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there’s also an internal laundry with a top-loading washing machine and dryer — perfect for longer stays or beach-filled days.
Secure off-street parking is available for one vehicle, although please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.
Just a five-minute walk from Soldiers Point Marina, you’ll find three excellent dining options close by. Bannisters Port Stephens and the Soldiers Point Bowling Club are also within easy reach, only fifteen minutes on foot. The Soldiers Point boat ramp is just 700 metres away, offering a great spot to launch a boat or catch one of the area’s spectacular sunsets.
If you're travelling with friends or extended family, we also manage Unit 6 in the same complex, making it easy to stay close while enjoying your own space.

(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
