All bedrooms provide ceiling fans for extra comfort and ample storage space, while an additional bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity guarantees convenience for everyone.

There is a $500 security deposit required prior to arrival, this is forfeitable if there is any mistreatment of the property, extra cleaning and/ or damage.

Parking: Please note the garage is not included. There is one marked car space for parking. Any additional cars are to be parked on the street.

Lift: No - There are stairs down to the unit from the carpark, once you are in the unit you are right on the waterfront on ground level.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property, or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at the unit, and the location with direct access to the beach is fabulous, some items detracted from our expectations.MOST IMPORTANTLY - Far more emphasis needs to be made regarding mobility & disability access on the website. All common areas & internal stairs (and the stairs to the bedrooms & bathroom within the unit itself) are totally unsuitable for anyone with ANY type of mobility issues. Crockery & glassware were not clean, we had to hand wash prior to using.A number of plates & glasses were crazed etc and should be replaced. Dishwasher needs a good service as detergent dispenser gets stuck, doesn’t open during the cycle and therefore nothing is cleaned properly. Kitchen bar stools were dirty, and required wiping over.Two seater leather lounge is torn from wear & tear (not by us) Place mates in cupboards were dirty, needed washing.Main bathroom one of the down lights not working.All fly screens in all rooms are filthy - all need a good clean. When left open dust & dirt just came in.Patio doors, the security bolts have corroded and need replacing.No tea towels were provided - thankfully we brought some with us.Outdoor table & chairs, were dirty and we had to clean them, Also there was one of the chairs missing. Overall, the unit is looking a bit tired & in need of some TLC & money spent.

Very unhappy with the propert has very bad mould smell with caused my kids Assma irritation unhygienic beds pillows for people beds stunk cockroaches in bathroom laundry and kitchen we arrived to to a pretty dirty property and electric stove over heated and stopped working advertising and not good communication with agent

Great location , unit comfortable but could do with "make over"/ update. Discription should have mentioned the 3 flights of stairs to get down to the ground floor unit.
