"Shower didn't drain well. Shower handle was hard to figure out to get desired temperature. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the dock. We loved having a sandy beach and fire pit. TV was very nice for watching the Olympics. Overall, the house and outdoor area met our needs very well. "

"We had a really nice time staying here with our two young children. It was a clean and comfortable stay. Conveniently located, we appreciated being able to come and go easily. This allowed us to get the toddler down for a comfortable midday nap and back out again in the evening. "

"Upsides: close to trails, close to gas station and great restaurant! Had shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap and q tips! Left plenty of toilet paper and had code entry so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key! Downside: no central air, had one bedroom window unit and another unit in the living room upstairs that couldn’t be moved. We had to run them on high the entire time to keep the place cool. We had 6 adults but only 3 coffee cups so only half of us could drink coffee at one time."

"We stayed at this property with another couple and toured the area in our UTVs. We are nature enthusiasts and loved seeing all the deer and turkey in the backyard and the areas around the location. Before arriving, the hostess answered several questions with a lot of detail to ensure we were familiar with the area and had a great time. There are a lot of beautiful trails to ride on, along with several nice restaurants and bars. There was plenty of firewood and we enjoyed several bonfires. ...

"Sweet little spot nestled on the edge of the lake - loons, eagles, the lapping of water on the shore, blue sky and pine trees. Everything a couple of city-dwellers needs to decompress and unwind. Great location to explore the woods in the area - mountain biking trails and unique dining experiences nearby. Highly recommend a trip to Delta Diner, we loved it. "This was our second time staying at this beautiful lake home & we had such a wonderful stay both times! The layout of the home is perfect to give everyone space or be all together. The flat front yard gives a nice place to play yard games & allows for easy access to the dock for young and old! The property owner is very responsive & friendly.We’re excited to return next year! "We enjoyed the spacious bathrooms and living areas in this home five minutes from beautiful Amnicon Falls. A large deck with beautiful woodland view and huge mowed lawn would be fun for family gathering. Kitchen was our favorite hangout place. Bonus was the working piano and air hockey downstairs. Some updating is needed to downstairs bath fixtures. Host Rae Ann was very responsive and kind."
