There is a hot tub (heated by wood) (May-October) on the sauna's terrace, which can be rented separately directly from the owner. The hot tub's rent must be paid no later than on the arrival day to the owner's account. A weekend stay's hot tub's rent must be paid no later than three days prior to the start of the holiday. Cozy cottage complex in Somerniemi just an hour's drive from Helsinki. The villa is a modern house in its own peaceful plot by lake Painionjärvi in the midst of fertile arable landscapes. Yard area is level and light. The lake is known to be rich in fish. The beach is suitable for small children.

Note! There is a camera which monitors only the parking place. In addition on the utility room wall there is a camera that monitors NIBE heat pump.
The cameras are on when customers arrive. Note! Customers can turn off the cameras. There are instructions on-site how to turn off the cameras. There is easy turn off switch.
