“My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!”

“This was perfect for what I needed: a place close to the beach for me and four teenagers. The listing did indicate that it could accommodate more people, and I almost had two additional teenagers join us. I am glad that I did not. The unit is well organized, but it would’ve been very tight if more people had been in our party. It was hard to get a sense of the layout from the pictures. Other than that, this is a great location and we had a great stay!”

“Excellent location, 3 blocks from boardwalk/beach and bike rentals. Warm and comfortable. Fireplace warms room up quickly! We had a great time and plan to return! ”

“The property was clean and was in a great area. The heating system was excellent and I appreciated having access to the balcony outside of the bedroom. Appreciated having TVs in bedroom and living room. Here are some very minor suggestions: provide extra wash cloths, provide an extra roll of paper towels, an unopened bottle of handsoap for bathroom, pot holders in kitchen, an iron and ironing board. These are minor suggestions but they would not preclude me from reserving property again. ”

“The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out ”
