“We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!”

“We needed to stay in the Placerville area near family for a month. Robin’s apartment worked so great for us. It is very stylish which puts you in a great mood. It has absolutely everything you need for cooking, showering, sleeping, laundry and relaxing. The TV and Internet are great and the couch is so comfortable for watching. It can even come with three sociable dogs and a loving cat if you happen to be animal people. They joined us on the beautiful deck every morning for ball toss. If you’re……

“A beautiful property situated on peaceful grounds in a rural area that has many good restaurants, bars, and breweries within close driving distance. There's even a good sized casino just minutes away. The rental itself is large, clean, comfortable , and has a full kitchen well stocked with all of the pots, appliances, utensils and seasoning you could probably need. The pool and outdoor spa tub are fantastic and yours to enjoy all to yourself. The owners were at hand while we were there and they……

“My hubby and are are buying a home in Area and needed a short-term rental meanwhile. We couldn't of found a more suitable place. Layout of In-law was better than expected. Master bedroom was cozy and spacey. Amenities were more than enough. Equipped with plentiful utensiels and cookware. Appliances were new, good quality, and well maintained. “This house was so beautiful! It was huge! It had so many amenities from the pool, BBQ grill, ping pong table, cornhole, pool table, basketball court, pickle ball etc. Absolutely loved the decor and how spacious the house was esp the kitchen. Great for large families. So many places to sit whether it be the large dining table in the atrium or in the kitchen. We even enjoyed the media room and watched movies together there. The kids loved to see the frogs in the pond. Everything was just perfect……
