Bright airy ranch home, located in a quiet lot off the main street, with a private driveway. Three steps to the main entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms: the first is master bedroom w/ queen bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The house has 1 and a half bathrooms. There is a large living room adjoining the dinning area. Large kitchen with essential appliances included. Washer dryer/detergent available. Parking for 6 cars.
Anita’s place is located in Franklin Township, New Jersey, United States.
Clean comfortable house with easy access to route 287 , within 5 min drive to St Peters Hospital and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, 3 min drive to Pro Cure, 10 min drive to Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Princeton University is 15 min drive. New Brunswick train station, Davidson Ave and World's Fair Drive are minutes away. There are several casual restaurants, cafe and supermarkets near the house, such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donut and Panera Bread. Gyms, banks, and various deli's and pizzerias are close by. There are also temples,mosque and churches on Cedar Grove Lane.
There are several parks, a local golf courses, and walking trails in the area (Colonial Park and Raritan Canal walking trails)

Great family holiday
Absolutely ideal property for a 3 generation family holiday. Quiet, private and plenty of space for us all. Didn't need to worry about the children making a noise or disturbing others. Everything was as described and the deer visiting the garden each day was a joy. Would happily use again if travelling in the area.

property was comfortable and met our needs for our brief stay in Somerset. its quiet, conveniently located to amenities, appropriately furnished, and has lots of deer around the property to watch.

Rooms could have a good paint job. AC didn't work but they gave us fans and were responsive to the issue. Yard needed some clean up and grass cutting. Place needs some TLC.

My family and I needed a last minute rental that would accommodate 5, this house was perfect for what we required. Located only minutes outside of New York we felt safe and had plenty of privacy.

Nothing fancy or pretentious here, but it worked for our needs. Nice big backyard - deer and birds visit regularly, and we even saw a fox. Les welcome were a few cockroaches and a little frog in the house. They have some deferred maintenance needs - cabinet doors coming off, missing balusters at deck, loose bricks on front steps - but the price was cheaper than more fashionable places in more desirable locations. Depends on what you’re looking for.

Great location!
The owner was very gracious to supply numerous bath towels. Overall, the location was great. It was quiet at night. The backyard was spacious - and even offered deer to watch occasionally! The deck table umbrella worked well. The air conditioning was strong. This was an older house, so there were some issues to be expected, but overall we would come back next year.
