If you reach the hotel after 5pm, you surely must contact the hotel in advance. If you miss, it would be nightmare. No staff could help you because they do not leave the tel number.

Although we reserved for 2 adults + 1 child (11 year old), the bed for the child was not ready, we made the bed on the sofa using the sheets in the drawer. However sofa was very uncomfortable even for a child.

The worst hotel i ever been in

The checkin was terrible, if a man on the street didnt help us, we would sleep in the street. The room was dirty. The stairs were un convnient, and the hotel did not tell us about so many stairs. There was no door in the shower.

Not good enough

Even though we reserved for 3 people there wasn’t a third bed. The third person is supposed to sleep on the sofa-bed but it wasn’t made and there were no sheets or pillow for the third person. We had to contact the customer service and they told us to find the sheets in the cupboard outside the room. So did we but it was’nt very pleasant. Also we didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail that we as supposed to have the instructions for check-in. We had to call the customer service for that as well. All the digital communication by the hotel is in german, we have to translate it on apps. Everything is a challenge. Also the rooms are not fairly priced. Small and huge room are the same value.

Nach einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Oechsle & Brix im letzten Jahr, haben wir hier noch einmal gebucht. Damals haben wir es als überraschend schönen und persönlichen Geheimtipp empfunden, inzwischen wurde es leider von einer Kette übernommen. Aufgrund dessen hat sich einiges geändert: - Statt einer persönlichen Begrüßung mit Tipps für die Region mussten wir diesmal selbst per App einchecken - Der Check-In war erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich, nach Nachricht an den Customer Service wurden wir zumindest bereits vorab in das Gebäude gelassen und konnten unser Gepäck abstellen - Das Zimmer entsprach leider keinem der gezeigten Fotos und nicht unserem „Wunschzimmer“ - Es wurde nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, sodass es im Zimmer Spinnweben, Insekten und Staub gab - Statt dem schön auf Etageren angerichteten Frühstück vom letzten Jahr, erwartete uns ein minimales Buffet, das sehr spärlich bestückt und nur auf Nachfrage befüllt wurde. Die 19€ pro Person war es definitiv nicht wert. - Auf der Website wurde ein Preis von 12€ pro Person genannt. Auf Nachfrage wusste der Kundenservice angeblich nichts Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt so verbunden mit unzähligen Nachrichten an den Kundenservice, der zwar immer sehr nett und zügig antwortete, aber dennoch Frustration statt Entspannung hervorrief. Das Hotel profitiert aktuell von der Einrichtung/Atmosphäre und den Bewertungen aus der Vergangenheit. Leider werden wir aufgrund all dessen nicht mehr buchen, sehr schade!

Super gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt eigentlich an nichts! Es gibt nur einen Punkt den man aber aufgrund des Altbaus nicht verhindern kann! Es ist sehr hellhörig! Sonst auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung! Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut!

Im großen und Ganzen ein nettes Hotel. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung erfahren das es erst ab 08:00 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Hätten wir das gewusst wären wir nicht dort gewesen, da wir auf Grund von Arbeit schon früh aufschrecken mussten.

Schöner Wohnen in einem schönen Ferienzimmer

wunderschönes Ambiente, in einem wunderschönen Ort. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, auch wenn das Zimmer nicht unbedingt praktisch war. Es war vor allem schön. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem 3. Bett. es wurde uns sofort geholfen und eine Alternative gesucht. wir hatten unser Zimmer zu oberst. mit viel Gepäck etwas mühsam, die steilen Treppn hinauf zu gehen. Doch wenn man kräftig ist, prima.
