This elegant apartment of 53 m 2, ideal for up to four people, offers a bright and comfortable setting. You will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a cozy dining area. The highlight of this accommodation is its 25 m2 terrace facing south, equipped with brise-vues to ensure your comfort and privacy.

The room has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering a pleasant and functional sleeping area. Independent toilets complete the set.

A private and direct access to the shores of the lake will allow you to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. For more convenience, the apartment includes a private air parking space within the secure residence, as well as access to a shared bicycle room, ideal for your two-wheel getaways.
