The dining area, in harmony with the fitted and equipped kitchen (26 m2), opens onto the rear of the house, with a lovely terrace sheltered by a motorised pergola. The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms:

To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the villa is equipped with a heat pump that provides heating during the winter months and air conditioning during the summer if required. A centralised thermostat regulates the temperature.

You can walk to the marine lake and easily cycle to the town centre through charming little streets. This villa is perfectly suited to all seasons. Outside the peak season, arrivals are accepted on days other than Saturdays. Please note that linen is not included, and that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
