「Booked for 2 people without kids. Was booked for lagoon views and was accommodated in front of a massive playground blocking my Lagoon views. When asked to change rooms was told due to booking with Expedia we cannot relocate you. Woke up to screaming children when I had none of my own. Disappointed to say the least!!」

「We had a nice stay in Jaymy beach Fales despite challenging weather conditions (but that’s the way it is). The whole family was very kind and the food was generous and delicious. Good to know: there is a small car rental within walking distance where it is possible to rent a car for some days or on a day-by-day basis.」

「This was the most authentic beachfront fale experience I had in Upolu (I stayed at 3 fale properties - october). The fales were not pretentious. Walls are made from coconut palm and the fale has a mattress with a net. The property is safe, I was comfortable to use the exterior bathrooms at odd night hours and walk along the beach. Breakfast and dinner are served small family style and the hosts eat the same menu, and the variety was incredible.」
