It was a complete mess. I booked an Ibis, but you have to enter through the Novotel, go down to the garage, and then take another elevator on the other side of the garage. Nobody explains anything properly; several people were lost in the garage, not knowing where the elevator was! Check-in was a complete mess; they couldn't find my reservation. Never again!

Hotel ótimo para um pernoite após um casamento. Atendeu tudo o que procurávamos. Somente o check-in foi um pouco demorado pois o totem de autoatendimento não concluía o procedimento.

Valets confusos e mal-humorados. Check-in obrigatório no Novotel, sendo que há funcionários na recepção do Budget. Apesar da simpatia da atendente, o check-in foi bem demorado. Para deslocar da recepção do Novotel precisa pegar um elevador, descer até o subsolo, andar pelo estacionamento, pegar outro elevador para subir ao quarto. Uma via-sacra, toda vez que precisa ir até a recepção. Quarto apertadíssimo. O WC, se a pessoa for muito alta e/ou obesa, não consegue utilizar, de tão apertado. O café da manhã é pago à parte. Pasmem: R$ 59 por pessoa! Único ponto positivo desse hotel: fica defronte ao Iguatemi Shopping. Não voltaria lá. Há outros hotéis com o mesmo valor de diária e melhores em Sorocaba.

Hotel para quem busca custo baixo. Precisei solicitar duas vezes para repor o shampoo do banheiro. Solicitei troca de lampada e simplesmente deixaram a mesma sobre a cama, fui embora e nao haviam trocado. Avisei novamente na recepcao para que pudessem trocar para o proximo hospede.
