Casa Maridea is located on Corso Italia, central location and in quiet and private park. The apartment was renovated in July 2021 and tastefully furnished, enjoys a wonderful sea view and a communal pool. Strategically located for visiting both the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast and Capri.
APARTMENT DETAILS:
The apartment consists of entrance into living room with large open space, living area with double sofa bed and 50-inch smart TV. Covered veranda equipped as dining area with table for 6 poersone. Linear kitchen complete with induction hob with 4 burners, oven, kettle, coffee machine with pods, moka, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.
Double bathroom, one with bathtub and the other with shower, bidet and toilet. Two bedrooms, one double with sea view balcony and twin room with two single beds that can become doubles if needed.
The two rooms are connected by a large terrace equipped with sofas and enjoys a splendid sea view of Vesuvius and the typical Sorrentine orange groves.
The apartment is on the second floor with elevator so easy access to guests.
CHECK IN INFO:
Check in is available from 2 pm to 7:30 pm.
Check out must be done by 11 am.
Please note that check-in after 8 p.m. has an additional charge of €30.
All guests must provide identification upon arrival.
Resort tax is €3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.
OTHER DETAILS:
The pool is for seasonal use (June until September 15) and following Covid there are time slots to be respected in the morning and afternoon.
The cost for access to the pool is €2.00.
