Casa Maridea is located on Corso Italia, in a central but quiet position, within a private park. The apartment, renovated in July 2021 and tastefully furnished, offers a splendid sea view, a spacious panoramic terrace and access to a seasonal condominium swimming pool. Its location is strategic for visiting the Sorrento Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri.
The Apartment
The accommodation is located on the second floor with a lift and consists of:
Spacious open-plan space with living area, double sofa bed and 50-inch smart TV.
Covered veranda equipped as a dining area with a table for 6 people.
Complete kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine with pods, moka pot, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, both equipped with toilet and bidet.
Two bedrooms:
a double room with a sea view balcony;
A twin room with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed.
The two rooms are connected by a spacious terrace equipped with sofas and a splendid view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius and the typical Sorrento orange groves.
Communal Swimming Pool
Available from 1st June to 15th September.
Lifeguard presence.
Paid access: £2.00 per day.
Morning and afternoon time slots are scheduled.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Check-in after 20:00: supplement £ 30.
Upon arrival, an identity document is required for registration.
Accommodation tax
£ 3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash at check-in.
