Excellent location which was just out of the chaos on the main tourist street but a straight and easy walk. Also close to the old Marina Grande and the ferries to everywhere. Perfect for day tripping.

The staff are helpful, and the cleaning lady clean the room and fix the bed every day. I’m disappointed, that they assigned room to us is under the restaurant and lobby, so it was noisy we hear every time they move chairs. Also the location is far from the train station.

The Hotel Rivage Sorrento was absolutely fantastic, no complaints from us as a group at all. The rooms were a great size and immaculately cleaned each day. The shower, that can be a real deal breaker for us as a family, was amazing, and genuinely no issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for the older members of the group, and it always seemed like nothing could be too much trouble. Breakfast was always great, but just a bit sweet for my taste. However, that seems to be an Italian style, so I’m not complaining. The only slight flaw was the pool was small, but it was October, so I don’t think I saw anyone trying to use it. Overall, a great choice with all amenities of Sorrento only a short walk away. Would highly recommend

We stayed in August in the family room, it was a very large two bedroom two bathroom, with mini fridge in both, came with plenty of towels and pool towels. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to make everyone happy Great cocktails to have at the bar overlooking the water Close walk to main town sorrento and ferry ports to capri, positano and amalfi Great room, great location, superb staff Will definitely stay again

Superfräscht hotell, vänlig och hjälpsam personal! God frukost och fräsch pool, dessutom vid bra läge i Sorrento. Tillräckligt tyst om natten, men ändå nära pulsen på gågatan ⭐️

The staff, location , cleanliness and outside aesthetic of the hotel are beautiful. Rooms need upgrade. Overpriced for the room we got. Old bathroom. I paid extra for a balcony and was looking at an alley. The pics on site are a bit deceiving.

Great hotel option in Sorrento - very helpful staff, loved the pool with a view, and wonderful breakfast included for guests. The only thing to beware of, depending how you arrive in Sorrento, is that it’s a pretty long, sweaty walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage. And a taxi is surprisingly expensive for the short ride.

Hotel lovely and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included and walkable to main piazza in Sorrento. We had a room with balcony and sea view which was great. The bar was great to watch the sunset with a Limoncello spritz. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Graze mille.

The hotel from outside looks very nice, but when you get to the rooms the beds are damp and honestly the rooms are very basic for the price. I’m glad we stayed only one night because I think we would’ve canceled the rest of the nights if you had to stay more nights.

This hotel was awesome. The location is great. It close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was fun too! The hotel had a nice patio area to sit out on and have a drink. The pool area and lounge chairs were fantastic as you got to look over the city to the sea. The breakfast was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.
