Amazing B&B and even better hostess!

Mario Relais and her amazing host; Margrita made my stay even better than I had hoped. From ‘finding’ me on the street when I thought I was lost (I missed the very clear sign) to a warm greeting, to delicious and fresh breakfast…well I cannot wait to return to Sorrento. It was an easy walk to the historical center and Margrita offered many suggestions on things to do. I would highly recommend this location for any amount of time in beautiful Sorrento.

Margrita is one of the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever met. She made my entire family feel like her home was our home. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Everything was within a 10-15 minute walk. She said that she loves what she does, and it shows!

Personal touch and great breakfast

A wonderful stay in Margarita’s beautiful boutique b and b. Superb breakfast served with fresh and with personal care every morning. Fresh caprese salad and croissants with choice of filling and fresh fruit from the tree. Helpful tips and advice for making the most of Sorrento and comfortable air conditioned rooms. Thank you Margrita and family for a beautiful stay.

Although my husband and I consider ourselves avid travelers, we had never stayed at a bed and breakfast, until now. This place was an absolute delight. Margrita is a wonderful host: she rose early to pick up our favorite croissants, prepared incredible breakfasts and coffee each morning, and offered thoughtful recommendations as we chatted about the day ahead. The property itself is spotless and incredibly comfortable. It’s close enough to the city center for convenience, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and secluded. We loved enjoying a local beer on the patio, surrounded by lemon trees and the distant sound of church bells. Truly a hidden gem.

Such a wonderful B&B. Margrita is an expert hostess who went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She provided early check-in and also stored by bags for effectively a late checkout. Her home is located in a charming neighborhood away from the touristy center of Sorrento but it is an easy 10 minute walk.

This was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable stays of our trip. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. She saw to all details, answered our many questions, and helped us when we were stuck. The location was perfect away from noise but close walking distance to meals, shopping, transportation. Marguerite took requests and was willing to accommodate early morning starts. Delicious breakfasts and warm conversations. Highly recommend!!!

Nice B&B Sorrento

Good breakfast( fresh pressed juice. Coffee of choice.Toast with tomatoes and mozzarella on the side. Local fruit and new croissants every morning), comfy room, nice bathroom and good location. Not far walk from central of Sorrento. Quiet neighborhood. There is a shy cat and a loving little dog in the premises. Me and my girlfriend had a good stay. (Eight days).

A wonderful stay

We had the best possible stay here, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Margrita was so lovely and attentive, we couldn’t believe the gorgeous breakfast made fresh for us every day! The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk into the centre. I honestly don’t think the pictures do this place justice it was so much better than we imagined, lovely details in the room such as a smart TV and USB charging points were a great added bonus. If we were to come back to Sorrento we would 100% look to stay here again!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Mario Relais! The host, Margrita, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She also personally prepared an incredibly fresh and delicious breakfast each morning we stayed. We enjoyed the amenities of the room (Smart TV!, didn't think that would be something we needed but our two other hotels on this trip had dumb TVs) and we enjoyed how quiet the area around the place was. We loved Sorrento and the vibes in general but it was very bustling even at night so it was nice to be able to get away to a quieter area only a short walk away from the city center. Would definitely stay again!

This B&B is exceptional. The property is immaculate and our room was very large, comfortable, and spotless. Our host is was so nice and greeted us at the door to the property upon arrival. The breakfast she prepared was delicious as was the coffee. The property was very close to train station and minutes from the main city plaza. The nearby restaurant she recommended were very close and were outstanding. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here since we feel like we were at home in Sorrento.

Wonderful Sorrento

Our stay at Mario Relais was perfect. The room was updated, clean and bright. Margrita was an amazing host, from welcoming us upon arrival to her wonderful breakfast. Our stay with her in Sorrento was a highlight of our trip and we will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay in Sorrento !

Amazing stay at Mario Relais. The owner was really nice and gave me a lot of tips about what to do around Sorrento. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with good quality products, delicious cheese and fresh tomatoes.
