「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

El jardín es agradable, la zona del porche también está muy bien.No fue mi caso pero la casa está genial para ir con niños, piscina limpia y vallada, juegos, espacios dedicados.La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros, y nos permitió salir más tarde para mayor comodidad.」

Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. 「Beautiful Villa, the communication was great, my only point of feedback is that it is a bit difficult to get taxis from the villa to explore the city. Would be nice to have some help with calling a taxi station. 」

「Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.」

「Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.」

「From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned.
