A pleasant stay with an unfortunate surprise

Really nice stay at this place. All stuff was functional and the communication was excellent. The bikes were a little bit old and not as functional as expected. Because of the rain the last months we had problems with the bathroom and the toilet. In the middle of our stay the faeces got through the sink of the shower, so we were not able to use the bath for two days. The contact with the concierge of the establishment was very good and he took this problem seriously. After two days he solved the issue for us. Unfortunately up to this day we didn’t recieve any apology from the owner of house.

Schönes Haus, leider nicht sehr sauber, Haus liegt 12 km von Soulac Sur Mer entfernt...

Das Haus entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung auf der FeWo-Direkt Homepage. Wir haben dort zu viert 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber, so war z.B. die Fuge zwischen Fliesen und Duschwanne rundherum verschimmelt. Auch hat die Spülmaschine das Geschirr/Besteck nicht sehr suffizient gereinigt, was dazu führte, dass wir am ersten Abend, nach 16 Stunden Anreise, erstmal alles von Hand spülen mussten um halbwegs sauberes Geschirr zu bekommen. In dieser Preisklasse hätte ich doch etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Von solchen Lappalien haben wir uns aber den Spaß am Urlaub wahrlich nicht verderben lassen... Sehr ärgerlich fanden wir jedoch, dass auf der FeWo-Direkt Homepage der Eindruck erweckt wurde das Haus befände sich in Soulac Sur Mer, siehe dazu Auszug aus der Homepage: "Entdecke die Gegend KarteKarte Soulac-Sur-Mer, Nouvelle-Aquitaine Auf Karte anzeigen Soulac-sur-Mer Beach 7 Gehminuten Soulac Casino 10 Gehminuten Museum of the Northern Medoc Fortress 13 Gehminuten Bordeaux (BOD-Merignac) 95 Autominuten" Was dort nicht explizit steht ist, dass die Unterkunft in dem sehr kleinen Weiler L'Hopital, 12 km von Soulac Sur Mer entfernt liegt. Die Entfernung zum nächst gelegenen Strand beträgt 7 km!! Ich kann das nicht anders als als bewusste Täuschung der Kunden bezeichnen.

La propriété est conforme à l’annonce: agencement bien pensé, piscine superbe, sauna, belle maison, très bons équipements, plages pas très éloignées, etc. Bonne communication avec Bernard en amont de notre arrivée, et avec Thierry qui gère l’accueil. En tombant sur cette annonce, j'ai eu un coup de cœur pour la terrasse puis pour les prestations dans leur ensemble. Nous n'avons absolument pas été déçu! Nous étions 6, 3 adultes et 3 enfants de 16, 15 et 10 ans. La villa est nichée au milieu des chênes : calme et sérénité assurée. L'extérieur est juste WOW! Nous avions besoin de calme, de nous retrouver en famille. Nous n'avons quasiment pas visité les alentours. Nous avons profité pleinement du cadre qu'offre la villa : la piscine, table de ping-pong, salle de sport. J'ai pu lire dans certains commentaires que les chambres sont petites. Soit. Mais une chambre c'est fait pour dormir et pour ce faire leur taille est très correcte!! Choisir ce gite, c'est choisir de vivre ouvert sur l'extérieur : une terrasse de dingue dans un écrin de verdure. La pièce à vivre très conviviale est son deuxième atout majeur. La communication avec Bernard a été parfaite. Très réactif, et on sent que cette location est pensée pour être "comme à la maison". L'accueil à l'arrivée par Thierry était parfait aussi. Maison propre, lits faits, linge de maison... tout y était. Vous posez vos valises et vous profitez! Etat des lieux de départ, supervisé par Florence. Merci également à elle pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Notre seul regret, devoir partir. C'est passé trop vite. Vous l'aurez compris, je suis tombée sous le charme de la Villa des Maourelles. Si je dois résumer : allez y les yeux fermés!

Agréable séjour malgré une météo moyenne

La terrasse est somptueuse , la pièce de vie est agréable , les chambres sont par contre toutes petites et il n y a qu’une seule salle d’eau + une douche dans une chambre. La maison doit être beaucoup plus agréable l été lorsque l on vit plutôt en extérieur. Ce fut néanmoins un séjour très agréable , très belle région avec de beaux produits.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Überraschungen

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Hospital und konnten das Haus, den Pool, die Räder und das Fitnesscenter in vollen Zügen genießen. Leider haben wir erst kurz vor Abreise die genaue Adresse erhalten, die 9 km entfernt war von der Karte auf Fewo-Direkt. Die Kommunikation mit Thierry hat bestens geklappt und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Garten

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einer kaum befahrenen Straße. Es ist modern eingerichtet und der Pool und der umliegende Garten waren sehr gut gepflegt. Im Schatten der Bäume findet man auch bei heißem Wetter immer einen schattigen Platz. Thierry war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merveilleux souvenir

Des vacances de Pâques;fin avril début mai) très réussies avec enfants et petits enfants tous très bien installés :: le temps nous a permis d’apprécier la piscine le sauna et la salle de gym et faire de nombreuses balades sur le littoral. Juste parfait! La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, correspond parfaitement à la description. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute ainsi que la personne gestionnaire de la location. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les balades à vélos jusqu’à la plage et toutes les nombreuses activités du coin.

Herrliches Plätzchen

Ein architektonisch cool gestaltetes Holzhaus mit einer megamäßig großen Holzterrasse und wunderschön alten großen Böumen, die herrlichen natürlichen Schatten boten. Die Räume innen (Schlaf- und Badezimmer) sind eher klein. Die Küche ist praktikabel aber für 8 Leute eher mit zu kleinen bzw. wenigem Kochgeschirr. Wir waren aber nur vier, daher war es nicht so wild. Ansonsten ist das Haus (etwas wenig Badwäsche bzw. normale Handtücher für die Waschbecken) gut ausgestattet gewesen. Tatsächlich gab es nur ein Bad im Haupthaus und ein weiteres im Anbau. Aber so war man viel an der frischen Luft vor dem Schlafen gehen. Auf die Duschzelle in einem Zimmer könnte man eher verzichten. Letztlich tat dies dem Urlaub aber überhaupt keinen Abbruch. Wir haben jeden Abend herrliche und stilvolle Momente auf der Terrasse verbringen können. Die Reaktionen und der Service auf Anfragen oder Probleme war prompt und erstklassig. Das Haus ist eindeutig zu empfehlen und liegt schön ruhig. Mit dem Rad ist alles gut erreichbar. Für 8 Erwachsene hielte ich es aber ein wenig zu eng.

Petit paradis au sein d’une belle région à découvrir

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La maison est magnifique ainsi que le jardin avec une piscine bleue transparente. Je recommande fortement cette maison avec un propriétaire et Aurélia qui vous rendent le séjour très sympa.

Very nice house near to the beaches

We have enjoyed wonderful holidays in that great house. The pool is perfect, the gym is really wonderful. The kitchen is perfect equipped. All in all one of the best renting experiences!
