  • This seaside villa, located in Soulac, is an old traditional "Soulac" style house. regularly renovated (the roof has just been redone), it is located in the city center, near the main street and the central beach.
    It has two bedrooms (2 double beds), a living room (1 single bed) / dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom / shower / wc, a large garden (possibly allowing parking of a vehicle), and a private terrace on the back of the house.
    It has all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay (description sheet sent by email on request). Flexible rate depending on the period and time of occupation.

Bien placé mais logement à rafraîchir

Tres bien placé, en plein centre et à 5mn à pied de la plage. Jardin très agréable, mais la maison est dans son jus, notre chambre double n’avait qu’une lampe de chevet (ce ne serait pas du luxe d’en installer une 2eme), le mobilier est vieillot, et l’emplacement des pièces pas très fonctionnel (la salle de douche et les toilettes accessibles qu’en passant par la chambre). La maison nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement pour être plus agréable à vivre. Mais nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour à Soulac.

Man hat schon gespürt, dass es Ende der Saison ist. Einige Geschäfte, Hotels und noch mehr Restaurants hatten schon geschlossen. Auch die hatten immer mal abwechselnd geöffnet, mal Mittags, mal Abends. Das war schon manchmal frustrierend! Es waren auch leider ganz extrem viele Moskitos unterwegs, die sehr hartnäckig waren und durch die Kleidung gestochen haben! Sehr unangenehm. Ohne sich komplett mit Mitteln eingesprüht zu haben, war es kaum möglich, draußen zu sitzen. Unser Haus war sehr schön, die Ausstattung, wie oft üblich in Frankreich, in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so toll. Wir hatten dennoch eine sehr schöne Zeit in Soulac! Interessant fanden wir die zahlreichen Bunker von den Deutschen im 2. Weltkrieg gebaut. Auch bedrückend das Thema, natürlich…

Situation idéale animaux acceptés

Maison idéalement située : 1 minute à pied de la rue piétonne et 3 minutes de la plage tout en étant au calme . Terrain clos , animaux acceptés. On peut rentrer la voiture sur le terrain sans problème . Propriétaire sympathique. Seul point qui peut gener c est le fait de devoir passer par une des 2 chambres pour aller dans la salle de bain. Personnellement cela ne nous a pas posé de problème. Location recommandée ! On reviendra.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la verdurette, la maison est très agréable, très bien entretenue, super accueil, la dame qui gère la remise des clefs et très sympa, tous comme les voisins !! Petite info effectivement les WC sont accessibles par une chambre mais avec un peu d'organisation ça n'a pas été un souci pour nous, notre appréciation générale est très bonne !! Bon séjour à tous 🌼🌼🌼

Maisonette mignonne dommage de laisser le jardin a l abandon. Interieur juste propre. Equipement et deco tres sommaire. Parfois tres tres degrade et hors d age (ex: evier, rangements, table cuisine ou tele) . salle bain et wc tres minimalistes, peu agreables et accessibles par une chambre donc tres derangeant pour un logement de deux chambres.pas de coin detente agreable. Tres bonne literie.toujours suffisament d eau chaude bon frigo avec congelateur. Tres bon emplacement. Bon sejour si on n attache pas d importance au confort. Logement trop cher .

Gemütlich, zentral, sauber

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Das Ortszentrum ist in 2 min zu Fuß errreichbar, der Strand in 5 min. Das Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet, klein, gemütlich. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Schlüsselannahme und Übergabe gestalteten sich sehr unkompliziert. Die nahegelegnenen Strände sind sehr sauber und das Baden an vielen Abschnitten von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Wellen-Surfer.
