Great home and owners

Great experience. Totally recommend for stay some days with family and friends. The house have all the things you can need. The only thing that could be better is internet, the connection is slow, it could be a problem if you need to work remotely, but the house and environment are great!

The most wonderful, relaxing getaway

We loved our stay in this house. The house is perfect, both inside and out. We are a family of 4 so the house was huge for us. 7 would have fit in without a problem. Each bedroom has good facilities - an ensuite shower room and a good sized wardrobe with adequate space for holiday clothes, including hangers. The kitchen is so well stocked and has everything you could ever need and more. We loved that there was a laundry room and we made good use of the laundry facilities! There is plenty of seating space, for relaxing in front of the TV, eating around the dining room table (inside or out) and relaxing by the pool. I loved it outside. It is a quiet rural area and the surroundings are so calm, peaceful and private. I loved reading my book on the sun loungers or chairs before the rest of the family stirred from their lazy mornings. The pool is bigger than we were expecting and just what we needed for cooling down or having some fun. The kids loved the freedom of hoping on their bikes and practicing their cycling skills on the surrounding quiet lanes. The house is a short car journey or a 20 minute cycle from Soustons. Soustons is a small and pretty town on the side of a large lake that has all the essentials and you can organise a number of fun activities from here. It is separated from Soutons plage which has more of a 'holiday' feel to it... being very much based around the wonderful beach and the smaller lake, which again have a number of activities to get involved in. Anne-Laure and Eric, the owners, are very lovely. They live next door but the houses are very separate and private and they were very discreet. We met them a couple of times during our two week stay for a polite 'hello' and a 'goodbye' and all other communication was via the vrbo messaging system with them on hand to answer any of our questions. With the language barrier this worked perfectly for us and they gave some great recommendations. Thank you Anne-Laure and Eric. We loved staying in your idyllic holiday house and would not hesitate to recommend.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft! Wunderbar ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto schnell im Zentrum bzw. in anderen Orten und dem Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr zugewandt. Die Betten sind bezogen, Handtücher liegen bereit und auch an erste Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine ist gedacht. Eine Flasche Wasser wartet im Kühlschrank und Nespressokapseln für einen wunderbaren Ferienstart sind da. Sogar an eine volle Gasflasche für die Plancha ist gedacht! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt!

Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir hatten eine tolle, erholsame Woche. Das Haus ist sehr modern und bietet alles, was eine Familie braucht. Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Der Pool hat vorallem bei der Kindern immer für eine Abkühlung und gute Laune gesorgt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

merveilleuses vacances

Des vacances magnifique dans une villa superbe ,les propriétaires sont d une gentillesse incroyable et discrets .Soustons est le paradis pour chiens nos toutous ont profité autant que nous .....plages parcs resto bar ..et surtout du tres joli terrain de la villa....que dire de la piscine..une pure merveille.je recommande cette villa a toutes personnes voulant profiter de la nature a quelques km des plages.

La location est comme décrite et en pleine nature. Proche de la mer, des villes (Bayonne, Biarritz) et des commerces. On a bien profité de la bonne maison et de la piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont très accueillants s'il y a quelque chose. Merci à la famille Delest :)
